This project was completed within a 60 day schedule.

• Removed and upgraded 3 marine carrier HVAC units in the AC Flats.

• All piping was removed and replaced with new copper nickel and copper up to 6” in sections.

• All mechanical valves and foundations in the AC Flats were replaced.

• New steel replacement in the deck structural

• 3 chill water pumps overhauled and replaced

• Over 1,000 lineal foot of pipe replacement – from deck drains to cooling water supply and return.

• Joiner work and galley overhaul

• AFT-A Frame annual service
